Breaking News - Lead Compliance Laws tighten August 13, 2009

About CPSIA

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission has mandated certain limits on the amount of Lead in products designed for, or intended for use by, children 12 years of age or under. The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) requires these products have no more than 600ppm of lead until August 13, 2009. After that date, the maximum limit reduces to 300ppm, and it reduces again to a ceiling of 100ppm on August 14, 2011.

Kandi products labeled as CraftSafe® hotfix low lead crystals are Tested and Approved to be within the most stringent CPSIA requirements. No CraftSafe® product exceeds the 100ppm limit. Our Test Results are available for inspection upon request.
